With the introduction of Windows XP Service Pack 2, JavaScript located on your hard drive is no longer allowed to run by default. To enable the running of local JavaScript, such as this Chichester Maritime course, please read all the instructions below, and then carry them out.

In the menu bar, click on 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'

In the 'Internet Options' dialogue click the 'Advanced' tab.

Scroll down to the 'Security' section.

Check the 'Allow active content to run in files on My Computer' checkbox.

Click the 'OK' button.

You have now enabled JavaScript in your Browser.

Please re-launch the tutorial or assessment module that you wish to use.
